Ni hao! I have been doing some SLJ. For this activity, I had to get 2 strange plants and find 3 similarities and 3 differences.
Here is my Week 2 Day 2 Activity 3:
Have you every seen any of these strange plants?
Blog ya later!
Ka mau te wehi Claire, you have used a Venn diagram to show three similarities and six differences. Perhaps next time you could put a little note next to some of these words, I'm curious about whether many people would know what thickets are.. I am fascinated to know that Mimosa Pundica can be house plants, I wonder whether it'd be easy to take care of...
Once, I had the chance to see and feel a Venus Flytrap (carnivorous plant) in person. It was kept on a window sill so it could get lots of sunshine as well as catch insects that fly in to the house through the window. I remember putting the tip of my finger near the opening and it slamming shut, it didn’t hurt me at all.. It kinda tickled but I wouldn’t do it again. Would you touch one if you had the chance?
