On Thursday 21st of September, at Owairaka District School, the year 5 and 6  had a production. It was called   Mindcraft the Musical. There were two productions. One Was in the morning from 11 am to 1 pm and the other one was in the evening from 6 pm to 8 pm. The production was about a boy, called Joe, that is addicted to gaming and on the line. A girl, called Alex, that is an online bully. A Mum, called Liz,  that is addicted to shoe shopping. A Dad, called Chris, that is really busy. A dog, called scratch, that wants more attention from the family and a old funny grandma, called Marion, that doesn't trust technology.
The family gets sucked  through the T.V and they end up in Joe's Minecraft game. They have a adventure and meet lots of Minecraft creature’s.
When they get captured by the evil mind control dragon they then learn that they need to stop being so addicted to the line.

In the end the family returned safely back to their home and they changed a lot.

In the production I was Liz the Mum. dad and mum.jpeg

It was fun doing the Production. In the morning production there were only about 30 people. In the evening one all the seats were all full.

There were different groups for the production. There was the props and costume group, a marketing group that put up posters, a sound and lighting group and a acting group.

I was a bit nervous  on the day but then I got used to it. The most challenging thing that I found in the Production was putting a really good expression in the right time.
